JUNE 24, 2024 - Russian President Vladimir Putin visited North Korea to boost defense ties between the two countries amid its war with Ukraine.
It can be remembered that Moscow and Pyongyang were allies during the second world war.
According to Putin, he praises North Korea for successfully defending its interests, despite American economic pressure, blackmail and military threats that have lasted for decades.
He added, he praises Pyongyang because of its views on the United Nations.
The US has expressed concern over Putin's trip because of its security implications for South Korea and Ukraine. (Brigada News Intern – Jim Montealegre).
